Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://homehealthcarebeaufort.com is the property of Forever Grace Home Care LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Limitation. In no event will Forever Grace Home Care LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Forever Grace Home Care LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by SC law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in SC for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
